AAV launches Nimbus art studio
Arts Access Victoria and Bundoora Homestead Art Centre are proud to announce the launch of Nimbus, a weekly visual art studio for artists with disability.
This is a rare opportunity for a group of committed artists to explore their individual arts practice with the support and expertise of experienced artists in a contemporary art gallery setting. In addition to practical studio work artists will have access to gallery exhibitions and professional development opportunities including portfolio building, writing artist statements and preparing work for presentation.
The Nimbus supported visual arts studio will be housed within AAV's portable studio space, Nebula, on the grounds of the Bundoora Homestead Art Centre.
The studio will run every Thursday in Term 4 2017
(from October 12 to December 21) 9:30am - 3:30pm
Bundoora Homestead Art Centre, 7 Prospect Hill Drive, Bundoora 3083 Tram 86 / Stop 62
Nimbus will be free of charge for this introductory term.
