You’re invited to The Gathering!

Part of Arts Access Victoria’s plans for 2020 includes conducting an audit of the incredible Deaf and Disabled artists we have here in Victoria.

The aims of The Gathering are to:

• Learn more about each other and our artistic practices.
• Get a clearer picture of who is out there.
• Identify new talent and connect with people we haven’t met before.
• Find out how artists want to connect with AAV.

We invite you to come and join The Gathering, where we can get to know more about you and what you feel you need to be even more successful. We are excited to know what you are doing currently, hear about your goals and learn how we can work together.

Ultimately, we are looking to determine the gaps that currently exist, to build a talent framework of engagement and to create definitions that work for us and our community. We want to create definitions for each stage of development; from grassroots engagement right through to established artists.
