I have a passion for creating art using various mediums such as graphite, watercolour, oil, and acrylic. My work often involves depicting imaginative scenes or portraits of people, animals, and objects. I find particular satisfaction in improving proportions, balance, and details to more accurately represent real-life appearances.
During high school, I also explored sculpting, creating a detailed clay expressive face emerging from a book to symbolise suppressed emotions and the idea that appearances can be deceiving. Three months ago, I started working with wire sculpture, focusing on human anatomy and movement. I enjoy this medium due to its unpredictability, flexibility, the problem-solving involved, and the challenge of capturing lifelike qualities. This experimentation has resulted in three wire sculptures representing human movement and the concept of freedom.
