10:30 am – 11 am: Welcome and smoking ceremony.
11 am – 4:30 pm: Performances, music, film screenings and more at the Nebula Stage- a pop up accessible art space situated outside the South Melbourne Town Hall and the Arts Access Victoria offices.
The setlist will be updated closer to the event. Auslan interpreters and audio describers will be present at the Nebula stage and Thrive information desk.
12 pm – 2 pm: Free Sausage Sizzle lunch.
All Events will be Auslan Interpreted and Audio Described. All films will Open Captioned.
11:00 pm – 4:30 pm: self-guided tours of the AAV building, installations, Ether exhibition, and Amplify music event Virtual Reality tour. Times and details to come.
3:30 pm – 4:30 pm: ‘Front Up’ by Adam Knapper exhibition Opening, facilitated by Caroline Bowditch.
Exhibitions and installations are audio described via mp3’s on the AAV website. A volunteer guide can assist with access.
A floating Auslan Interpreter is available during the day and at the Front Up Opening.
Two quiet rooms are available at AAV.
11:30 pm – 12:00 pm: Children’s Storytime- Giraffe’s Can’t Dance, with Caroline Bowditch. Book illustrations will be audio described by Caroline. This event will be Auslan interpreted.

12 pm – 3 pm: ‘Ruby Hill: An Alternative History’ by Sabina Knox. This drop-in workshop will be Auslan Interpreted. Digital access support is offered for the computer-based AI workshop.

10:45 am – 6 pm: Virtual Reality tours of the St Kilda Vaults. Sessions on every hour, the link will be provided closer to the event for bookings.
11:30 am and 1:45 pm: Two sessions with additional access support. Booking link provided closer to the event.
11 am – 12 pm: Emerald Hill Coffee Palace Coffee Van. Grab a coffee and listen to podcasts. Podcast transcripts are available online.
12 pm – 2 pm: ‘Creating Sick’ with Ryan New. Auslan interpreted and Audio Described.

11 am – 4:30 pm: ‘Iconic Landmarks of the Emerald Hill precinct’ an exhibition by Joe Monteleone
2 – 2:30 pm: Joe Monteleone Artist Talk with Auslan interpreter Joe’s exhibition opens on 6 July. Audio descriptions are available online.
11 am – 3 pm: ‘The Crow of Emerald Hill’ by Hugh McNab will be wandering throughout the festival.
11 am – 4:30 pm: ‘Emerald Hill Coffee Palace’ Podcast by Samsara Dunston. Episodes will be released online at 1 am on the day of the festival, and broadcast at local cafes during the festival. More details to come.
