Celebrate the Closing Night of Alter State with music, immersive performance, food and fun. Journey with us through the creative space of Collingwood Yards.
In the depths of the Closing Party, YIRRAMBOI joins forces with Crip Rave Theory for Body Language, a mixed-genre rave. Heavy, sweaty, sonic grooves, built for sensory seekers and music lovers. Close out Alter State with deadly DJs playing genres spanning drum & bass, techno, footwork, afrobeats, amapiano, rap, RnB and Blackfulla music. Disability-led and grounded in First Nations and Diasporic solidarity, Body Language is a space within the Closing Party for mob and allies to gather in celebration of our communities.
Body Language will be an 18+ presentation. The rest of the Closing Party is all ages.
