10 am –12 pm – Emerging Filmmakers Pitch & Networking

We invite emerging filmmakers to present a 30-second introduction and film pitch. This is your chance to share your projects with the JIMPA creative team and special guests. This informal session is a great opportunity to connect with other queer filmmakers.

1 pm–2 pm – Director’s Masterclass with Sophie Hyde

Learn from one of Australia’s most influential directors in this exclusive masterclass.

2:30 pm–3:30 pm – JIMPA Panel

Sophie Hyde and Aud Mason-Hyde join key community members from Naarm to reflect on JIMPA. Panel members will be sharing what inspired the film’s queer spirit. This panel is a heartfelt celebration of the stories that matter and now to be missed.
