Arts Access Victoria has partnered with Port Phillip Council to deliver THRIVE Creative Grants. The grant will fund new art projects to be presented in and around Open Doors Emerald Hill between July and December 2021.
We are holding an information session with council staff via Zoom on Wednesday 27 January from 2 to 3 pm.
