We invite you to celebrate The Other Film Festival and AAV! We are launching our program on Wednesday, 28 October at ACMI, Fed Square.
There will be screenings, speeches and networking. Enjoy a selection of local shorts from this year’s program at the launch.
Also, we are awarding the 2026 Stella Young Award.

A woman with chronic pain is stuck in a rehab hospital, unable to leave until she can find a way out of her fears and pain with the help of a new friend.

Founded in 2004, The Other Film Festival is Australia’s first international disability film festival and a pioneer in offering a global standard of universal access for audiences.
