This training gives confidence and resources to front of house staff, public facing staff or anyone working with Deaf and disabled visitors/audiences.
• Recognise unhelpful disability stereotypes
• Become informed about current language and the facts and figures around disability
• Learn practical actions for welcoming all visitors in real life and online
• Get tips for increasing Deaf and Disabled visitor participation
Join us at the AAV offices in South Melbourne. Afternoon tea provided. Please don’t forget to let us know your dietary requirements.
Training is delivered depending on the number of participants.

Cost: $200 pp (catering provided)
