Katina Anapaikos, Untitled, 2019.

Katina Anapaikos’ exhibition is two years in the waiting!

This will be Katina’s first solo exhibition. Katina uses paint and pastels to create large-scale compositions. The works explore line, form and colour. Katina uses expressive mark making, sweeping gestural line, and fast flurries of colour.

Katina Anapaikos is a prolific and longstanding member of Art Day South, a multi-arts studio run by Arts Access Victoria. Katina has developed her unique and intuitive style over two decades. Katina often repeats signature gestures across multiple works.

The exhibition is free and no RSVP is required.

You can download and read a catalogue essay written for Katina’s exhibition. The essay was written by Matt Siddall for Seventh Gallery.
