The Footscray Studios are a social art-making environment where artists work towards public outcomes. Studio artists work closely with local professional artists to explore and develop their artistic skills. Based at Footscray Community Arts, studio artists will be amongst culture and community. Artists also get to visit galleries, meet and network with professionals and be a part of the greater Arts Access community.
Footscray Performance Studio is at Footscray Community Arts, in the Artlife Studio Space.
Maidstone Community Centre is 500 Meters from the 216 and 220 Buses.
The studio space is fully accessible with ramp access and an accessible bathroom. Staff are professional artists as well as trained support staff. We will work with you to make sure your access needs are covered.
If you are interested in joining either or both studios or have any questions, please get in touch!
