Music Makers’ Disability in the Music Industry Survey

AAV's Music Makers is running an online research survey to find out your experience in the music industry, and what can be done to make it more accessible.

If you are involved in the music industry in any way, we want to hear from you! This includes everyone from musicians and sound engineers, to publicists, booking agents, and photographers.

The survey does not ask for your contact information, and all responses are stored anonymously. You are welcome to skip any questions that you do not want to answer.
